| Teddy is an 8 years old palomino section C gelding, approx 138cms. He would be a good all round pony club type pony, but is also quality enough to show in M&M classes. He was shown as a 5-6 year old, when he went to the BSPS Winter Championships and was 6th in the evening performance - that season he never came home without a rosette. For the last two years Teddy has been a field companion and ride escort -He has been to pony club rallies including SJ practice which he loved. He competed once SJ and was fourth with a double clear. He happily goes through water, jumps logs and ditches and is hacked out, alone or in company, by a 14 year old. Teddy is excellent to catch, load, shoe, bath and trim and is up to date with immunisations, worming and teeth check. We would love to keep Teddy but he needs to go where his potential will be fully realised. He has proved he can hold his own at affiliated shows on the flat and undoubtedly would do the same in WHP classes or would make a lovely allround pony. | Looking for a sharer for Bodie – my 16.1 fantastic mare!! | |||
| I am looking for someone to help me out maybe 2 or 3 days a week with Bodie. Bodie is an absolute star – I have owned her since she was 5, very easy to do in everyway – although getting feistier as she is getting older – so rider will need to be experienced and competent! Her main job has always been BSJA showjumping, although she is very happy to do XC and dressage aswell. She has done RC jumping aswell – won the qualifier for championships 2009 and team 3rd at Open National Championships – so still jumping 1.15/1.20 with ease!!! Also team 9th at Hickstead 2009! I have recently bought another young horse – so just looking for some help with Bodie so she doesn’t miss out! I will still be competing her some weekends – but willing to let the right person also take her out and about!! If you are interested in coming to meet me and Bodie – then give us a call. | Is there an experienced person who could hack Norman once or twice a week please, and help with the chores? He is a 16.2HH cheeky chap used mainly for dressage. I do not want anyone to school him (unless they would like to take lessons with my instructor), but he loves his hacking – and would also probably like to do a bit more jumping! Kept on DIY livery at Eversley with excellent hacking in Bramshill Forest. He can be strong/sharp on occasion but is mostly well behaved! Could be more involvement for right person if wanted. | Plating Bands | |||
| If you plait your horse’s mane you must have had the frustration of the plaiting bands snapping just when you have finished the plait? I had this problem when doing my gelderlander’s mane so I sourced some elastic plating bands that don’t break when used for plaiting up. They are available in black, white, brown and grey and are packaged in a handy zip up bag. | Leah is a striking 15 year old mare up for part-loan/share. She has bags of character without the worry of being spooky or silly and good manners under saddle and in the yard. Leah has lots of potential and will teach you as much as you can teach her. Being an all-rounder means she has a bold jump but is equally as capable of completing a nice dressage test. She has been there and done it all – XC, SJ, Dressage and even went to camp this summer. She is only up for share due to her current sharer being unable to dedicate enough time to do her justice. Stabled at a private yard in Pinkneys Green with duties and days to be negotiated. Horses are fortunate to have all year turnout with a stable on stand by. Superb hacking with very minimal roadwork and a floodlit school is available right on our doorstep whilst BCA is only a short 10-15 minute ride away. As we are on a private yard we are lucky enough to never have to wait for the school to be free and we have access to transport for competitions and days out. Leah is looking for a friendly someone who can give plenty of love and attention whilst keeping her fit and making her think! | I'm a 33yo lawyer, 5'8, 10st 3lbs. I've owned my own horses for the last 10 years but very sadly my two horses were pts recently hence why i'm now looking for a horse to share. I competed in all RC activities with my main interest nowadays being dressage. I've not jumped in about 18months but would like to get back into it slowly as I love xc. I'm looking for a horse to hack, do flat work on, have some lessons and go to some clinics with and with the possibility of competing if possible. I live in Maidenhead and work in London. Ideally i'd love to be able to do one or two evenings mid week (although yard would need to have floodlit school and no 'closing' time to do this) and a weekend day if it were on offer. | Pretty and loving lead rein show hunter pony. Due to a lack of rider and time Holly a sweet sensitive and gentle pony is now looking for a new owner to love and bring her on. Unfortunately pictures do not do her justice as they were taken last winter when she was sporting her winter coat which turns a lovely light liver chestnut colour with white roaning and flaxen mane and tail which gleams in the summer. This is a perfect project for someone willing to invest long term as further schooling is required to help Holly reach her full potential. Micro chipped and fully “passported” with WPCS. Holly really is a pony you could fall in love with and make a dream come true. This is an adorable high quality little pony who has already been broken and has her whole life ahead of her.
