New Summer Camp 2020 Date announced - 19/20 September 2020
Our ever popular Summer Camp will be held at Boomerang Stables, Chilton Foliat, Hungerford, Berkshire. RG17 0TW on the 19/20 September (optional to arrive Friday 18th after 4pm) with instructors Jamie Wright, Bruce Haskell and Kim Seaby.
We have desperately tried to keep the cost the same as previous years but due to cost increases across the board we have had to increase the camp cost to £265 per horse/rider which we still feel is still value for money, comparing to others. The weekend cost is £265 for 4 lessons which consist of 1 dressage/flatwork, 1 pole work/grid lesson, 1 show jumping lesson (starting at 70cms) and 1 cross country lesson. This cost also includes stabling and horse bedding, and all your meals for the weekend including soft drinks/tea & coffee.
. Due to popular demand there are only 28 places available on a first come, first served basis. Register your intererest via the WBRC Camps contact form. We will be running a waitlist.
· Once you have received a confirmation email by return you have a place along with a camp form, please then complete the form and return it to us asap and go on webcollect for payment options.
· Payment can be made in 3 stages or in full. If paying in stage payments a deposit of £75 per horse/rider no later than Friday 31st July, 2nd payment of £90 by 1st August, and 3rd payment by 1st September. If paying in full, payment must be made no later than 1st September.
Due to the club having in excess of 100 members and there only being 28 places we have made the decision that each space will only receive 1 dressage/flat work lesson and must do all 4 lessons, unless you choose to drop a lesson. This we feel will maximise the opportunity for as many club members as the instructors can take.
If you choose to have someone else ride one of your lessons, they must be a WBRC member as the camp runs under British Riding Club rules and insurances, but please let us know.
CJ Carrel Photography will attend all weekend and you will receive an array of pictures of you and your noble steed, included in the £265.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept under control and please pick up their poos !!
As always, we will have a FB page for camp, to keep you all updated.
Cancellation policy: Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of a vet/doctor’s certificate unless we or you fill the space with another WBRC member.
Any questions/queries please contact Leanne, Abbie & Jo using the WBRC Camps contact form.
Love your Camp Commanders.
